I am about to use hirbee theme for a freelancing site. I do not understand how I get paid as owner of the site. Do I get paid when an employer post a project? Do I get paid when a freelancer features themselves? Or Do I get a percentage of what the freelancer makes when they get paid by the employer? Or Can I do all three?
