    Register page not working

    Hi,

    How can I make the Register page working?

    Upon clicking "Register" within Wordpress Admin, nothing happen. (I believe this is due to already auto logged in by wordpress?)

    Outside of Wordpress Admin, when attempting to Register, it shows a message - "User registration is currently not allowed."

    How can this be fixed?
