Remove public email/website any where

Is there any way we can remove public email from both working space and profile editing, remove website from both working space and profile editing? And I don't want to see the prompt for the users to input public email.

The reason of this is that we set up a chat system and we want chat be the only way of their communications. In this way, we can monitor the projects.
