Sandbox PayPal Not Functional

We already know how to do LIVE payment. That is NOT the issue.
Sir,
We are asking you for EXACT instructions on setting up the SANDBOX fields in HireBee Admin area.
If you can PLEASE answer ALL of these questions:
1. In Admin / Payments / Settings / PayPal .....
2. Pay Pal Email = Which EMAIL should be in field? (our REAL one?) (fake one?) (one from PayPal? - and if from PayPal, WHICH ONE? "Business" or "Personal"?)
3. Sandbox Mode is = CHECKED yes?
4. Sandbox USERNAME, PASSWORD, SIGNATURE - Is this a "Business" or "Personal" from PayPal Sandbox Accounts?
5. LIVE API CREDENTIALS = For SANDBOX, do we leave ALL blank except for APP ID??
Username = ?
Password = ?
Signature = ?
APP ID = ? (Should we put our Sandbox App ID here?) (Live App ID?) (or Leave EMPTY??)
6. Adaptive Payment Fees / Payer = What should be selected? (we have "primary receiver" selected) Correct? or no?
7. Any other fields??
8. Employer Test Account we are Testing with - Does this need a certain EMAIL? If yes, which one? Should it be a PayPal / Sandbox Test Accounts / "PERSONAL" or "BUSINESS" Account?
9. Freelancer Test Account we are Testing with - Does this need a certain EMAIL? If yes, which one? Should it be a PayPal / Sandbox Test Accounts / "PERSONAL" or "BUSINESS" Account?
Also for Freelancer - WHICH email do we input? The "Registration" email? or the "PayPal Payment Escrow email"?
