Stripe has made changes to the way "Connect" works with some new requirements that need updating before March 31/2020. Stripe will discontinue Legacy payments but all should be OK if the updates are done, if not the Stripe Escrow will not function and Stripe will deactivate all accounts that have not being updated.
I believe that this new update/changes is to meet the KYC laws and can not be ignored.
