No matter what type of post I send, I never receive an answer at all.
In fact I don't even know why did I get the Appthemes club package because every time I ask for help for one of the templates I never receive any support at all.
Very dissapointed!!
I dont expect customizations for free, but when I post questions regarding a bug or when will a product update be realeased I would like to get an answer even if the answer is I don't know.
So far I spent more time fixing bugs in the hirebee theme than modifying the theme itself.
