    custom page templates for ideas theme

    I am looking for the custom page templates for the ideas theme (contact-form.php, add-idea.php). Does anyone know what directory/subdirectory they are in?

    Specifically, I am having a problem using the wptouchpro plugin with ideas.
    Support has told me to:

    "locate the custom page templates in the desktop theme’s directory and copy them to /wp-content/wptouch-data/themes/_YOUR_COPIED_THEME_/default"

    ...in order to fix the problem.
