*PLEASE HELP* WP-Admin login redirected to home page

Hi Guys.

I have a HUGE issue. Whenever I try and log into my JR WP-Admin page I am redirected to home and logged out.
(I can still login to my frontend dashboard with my admin credentials but not Admin)

I have been locked out for about two weeks and I really have no idea how to fix this issue. Have I been hacked?
