    App theme club member: cant download the child themes?

    Hi guys,

    Just upgraded from standard classipress to $249 package and would like to get a child theme installed asap but cant see the download option on my account. Can someone please enlighten me as to how I can do this? As I understand these should be included in my package at no additional cost. and i am so disappointed with appthemes because there is nothing clear about the purchases we make, on main website it says access to all child themes and plugins but after upgrade dont get any please, downgrade my account to 1 theme jobroller standard only i have upgraded because of child theme and jobroller and refund the remaining.
