apply to a job offer

I created an account as a job seeker on JobRoller to see how things work. And when I try to apply to a job offer it shows a form that includes the following information:

Name
Email
Message
Add a resume
Add a presentation letter

But I want to add telephone to those requirements to apply. So job seekers also can receive a phone call from the employers and not only an email.

How can I do it?
