I can't acess on any page off my site HELP

Hi do the update in my dashboard but before it I can't acess to wp-admin.

So in my ftp account I do the downgrade, but now I only can acess to my homepage because all links show me the message:

Not Found

The requested URL /login/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I remove all plugins also.
