    Changing job classifications

I'd like to change the label "temporary" on job type to "casual" - just wondering which php files I need to search and replace through. Or if there's a better way? Database mods?

(Also I'm testing the level and speed / limits of support to be honest as I've never paid $100 for one theme and I have a hundred government agencies here wanting me to build sites like the ones you do.)

I'm a developer, but there's no way I could write the apps you've written when every client wants stuff done yesterday. I'm sure you've experienced that!
