Company LOGO Placeholder
I could not find another thread for this.

How can I get rid of the placeholder as seen here: Http://MiddleGeorgiaHelpWanted.com ?

Another question - What can I do so that company logos are sized when the employer uploads one that is larger than the FXtender settings of 150X150?
