dashboard #live, #ended..

As you know, there are tap menus on dashboard
#live, #packs, #pending... etc


I have created a few links to packs tap and pending tap...like this
<a class="inline noscroll" href="#packs">go to see job packs</a> (same page : but not working)
<a href="/jobs/dashboard/#pending">go to see my pending jobs</a> (different page : but not working. it goes default tap only)

but it's not really working.. how can I make it work well?
