Direct links to dahboard tabs

Hi

I was able to direct link tabs of the recruiter dashboard

example : http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller...d/?tab=pending

it works, same for the other tabs

But for the job seeker dashboard, the same link is not working, example :

http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller...rd/?tab=alerts

it just lead to the dashboard homepage, not to the right alerts tab

strange that it doesnt behave like the recruiter dashboard, it looks like the same code

How can i get a direct link to the dashboard "job alerts " tab for instance, that i can link in my site menu everywhere
