Which field do email addresses of employers go when admin is posting?

I would like to post some jobs on behalf of some companies but all I have is just their email addresses. Which field should I enter each email address so that when jobseekers apply for the jobs, the applications go directly to the individual company's email rather than to ours in admin? I am doing this freely for these companies as a surprise 'present', to sort of 'break the ice' with their organisations. Thanks everyone.
