    high CPU usage

Our sysadmin team was able to trace the high CPU usage to the following queries:

    root@PhS-jobisite:~# mysqladmin --defaults-file=/etc/mysql/debian.cnf processlist +--------+------------------+-----------+---------------+---------+------+--------------+------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+----------+ | Id | User | Host | db | Command | Time | State | Info | Progress | +--------+------------------+-----------+---------------+---------+------+--------------+------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+----------+ | 663293 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 1947 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663306 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 1800 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663317 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 1790 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663361 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 1197 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663374 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 1069 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663390 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 967 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663422 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 760 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663567 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 154 | Sending data | SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS wp_posts.ID FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_term_relationships ON (wp_p | 0.000 | | 663598 | jobisite| localhost | jobisite| Query | 0 | Updating | UPDATE wp_jr_counter_daily SET postcount = postcount+1 WHERE time = '2022-09-14' AND postnum = '7097 | 0.000 | | 663599 | debian-sys-maint | localhost | | Query | 0 | starting | show processlist | 0.000 | +--------+------------------+-----------+---------------+---------+------+--------------+------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+----------+
