import my old data to jobroller.

I have a question. We are running a site which has 30,000 members, 100,000 posts data. I want to import these data to jobroller. and we are using ms-sql (ASP)
I found that I may need to use CVS files to upload. As you may know, I need to match filed names, column names. I have tried and I made it with sample CVS file to "wp-post"

1. do you have any sample CVS which has Jobroller table name, filed name, column names?
2. if you don't have, Can you tell me (which table and filed names, column) I need to import? is it mainly in "wp-post" or specific table for jobroller?
and related tables. As far as I know wp_users, wp_usersmeta, .. taxonomy... they should be connected.
What is main table? "wp-post"? I found some options are stored in "wp-jr....." tables. what about main content?

I need your tips, experiences. Please advise me as much as you can. it would be a big help.
