    Indeed Integration and PHP.ini file

I would like to have but dont have any INDEED jobs.
Ive followed all posts/advice including eyecools - debug " Go back to the new window and replace the 00000000's with your unique Publisher ID. You can highlight the 0's and just paste yours on top." where I get a bunch of default Austin Texas Java jobs on screen.

But still nothing on my site.

I have moved to a dedicated server, so have root access.

I see some advice as "They need to enable allow_url_fopen in the PHP configuration. Ask them to set the value of allow_url_fopen to ON or how you can do it for your site."

I dont have a php.ini file and apparently have to create it myself? (So I dont think this is the issue, but I dont mind creating one if required.)

How do I create a php.ini file? (and I expect this is domain specific) (I have 8 domains on my server.)
