    "Irregularities" on page

    My site is sauberfuss.com
    (1) Post A Job Now - I tried to test this page but what came up was [jobify_register_form] instead of a proper form. Why is this, does anyone know please? The URL is on top of the page on the site proper. Do I need to remove Jobify?
    (2) About AppThemes - in the bottom of the page, there is "About AppThemes" [We create powerful, feature-rich, and easy-to-use Premium WordPress Themes that help businesses make money online.] Is this going to be a default permanent feature on my site? If not, how do I remove it please?
    (3) Subscribe - also in the bottom of the page, when you click on "Subscribe", the user gets not a form, but some sort of Source information!
