    Job Lister Company logo function not seen & Connection to paypal

    Hello,
    Two quick things.

    1] I do not see anywhere how to activate the function that allows a "Joblister" to associate a logo with their profile as you advertise on your site, how do I do that (I am not talking about the overall wesbite logo of course)
    2] it takes long time for paypal to connect when someone places an order so where can I ad the text for users to be patient while paypal connects, otherwise people are simply going to think it is not working and cancel out.
