Job Seeker Accounts only.

Hi I purchased the JobRoller theme thinking that I can actually do the following, any help or direction to do this will be greatly appreciated!

1. Remove Employer Account Type
2. Change "Submit a Job" to "Submit your Resume"
3. Only administrators can post jobs
4. Customise Apply Online form to include contact details

The idea is that I am not interested in creating a website that allows people to sign up to post jobs, I'm creating a site for job seekers to visit and check what are the current jobs available.

Jobs are only added by us manually.
