Job seeker & Recruiter have same dashboard URL?

Hi, I want to customise what shows on the job seeker and recruiter page after they login...But what i find is that both arrive on a page with the same URL in the browser "www.website.com/my-dashboard-template/

Now how do i go about creating different menus to show different links if they arrive at the same page?

where would i find in the code to make changes that suit recruiter/job seeker individually?
