Jobroller for Multiple Websites

So I noticed even though one Jobroller license can be used for multiple websites. You are not able to access the backend of say 2 websites using the same licenses at the same.

Now, when I am logged on the backend this website https://jobdirecta.com, I am not able to access backend this website: https://jobdirecta.co.za which uses the same license.
The same thing happens when I am logged in the second one, I can't access backend of the first. I always have to go to the Cpanel to disable plugins by renaming plugins folder before I am able to gain access. And once I gain access to the inaccessible backend, I can't access the other one again unless I use the same procedure.

This is the message I normally get when I try to access a second instance of the backend.

' There has been a critical error on your website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.'

Anyone facing similar problem? It is pretty annoying and time-consuming going back and forth between websites.
