Login / Registration Problems

I have two sites one logs in and registers fine..
The other brings me to the wordpress login page.

I noticed that the one that works properly the URL shows like so http://www.forensiccareercenter.com/wp-login.php (VERSION 1.5.2)

Here is the URL of the one giving me problems

I should also note that the good one does not have a "login page" created in the backend but when I try to deleted on the other site I get an error and noting displays.

I have also re-activated the child theme and the login works fine for the one that is not working today. I uploaded the registration and login forms along with the login template to override the current ones that don't work.

I am very frustrated with this theme. And please dont have me upload the latest version..lol
