Move Job Posting From One User to Another User

One of our customers has two accounts. They have posted jobs under both accounts, but would like to consolidate all postings under one account. Is there any way to move a job posting from one account to another?

I tried to use the "author" section, but only the Admins and the original user account are listed as options in the dropdown.
