New Job Posts Not Being Shown Payment Options
All new job posts receive a "This job is currently pending and must be approved by an administrator."
The Moderate Boxes are both checked for the Free Job Listings.
The Charge For Job Listing box is checked.
Job Plans are created and Published.
PayPal box is Enabled.
PayPal account is setup and not in Sandbox Mode.

Please advise. Thank you.
