Page/Category ID Configuration HELP!

Hi,

I'm using the latest version of JobRoller. The following two fields were blank in the Pages tab in the Settings for JobRoller.
Terms Page ID:
Job Seeker Register Page ID:

I created a page for Terms. The ID for this page that wordpress created is 46.
I entered the same in Terms Page ID

But I do not know what page ID to enter in the Job Seeker Register Page ID field as there seems to be no such separate page in the Pages Section of Wordpress.

Also, when I click on Login/Register on my site, which takes me to /wp-login.php,
I get the following error on the upper portion of the side bar:
"Could not retrieve id for the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in."

The same error is displayed on the terms page that I just created.

Need some help with this
