password of users in jobroller

Hello!

need assistance on the following queries

1) As and Administrator in JobRoller, will I be able to know the passwords of my users?

2) As an Administrator, will I be able to post jobs by myself using the account of my job listers? Or any work around so that job listers do not necessarily need to post by themselves and we could handle this clerical task back end?
