Resume Subscription Price Change
Hi,
If I have subscribers paying monthly for access to the resume database and I go into Jobroller and change the cost of the resume subscription package (say from $199 to $299), do those current subscribers get billed the new rate of $299 on their next billing cycle? Or the rate they originally signed up for? (which in the above case would be $199)
It's one thing to agree to pay for a certain price for access, but it wouldn't be cool to have them billed for more than they originally agreed to in the first place. I'm fine with employers being grand-fathered in to cheaper rates based upon their sign-up date and prices of that time, but just looking for a bit more info on how this works.
Thanks.
