Several questions about the Job Submitting Page

Hi,

I have several questions about the Job Submitting Page:

1. The preset text in the dropdown Job Types is "Select a a job types" it is not included in my German translation file. In which file can I change it?
2. After entering job details I have to click twice on proceed/next. At the field of detailed information on the job is a red box: "This is a mandatory field."
3. At the job summary preview page, the field "How To Apply" is always displayed even if it is not checkd as mandatory in the backend.
