Should we overhaul our existing jobsite?

We already have a site - www.sauberfuss.com - built on WordPress by a freelancer. Unfortunately and unprofessionally, one of the freelancer's disgruntled team members inserted bugs in some of the important scripts in February because, according to the freelancer, he wanted to teach us a lesson for our constant correction of his grammar, but that's not your problem; hence our decision to buy our own software and see if we can do it ourselves. However, our question is this: will it be possible for us to re-design the site exactly as our renegade freelancer did, with of course the exception of the bugs? Can we also get a Google map incorporated, as featured in your Live Demo?
Will your name "JobRoller" appear on our pages? How do we enter our own site name?
Kindly treat this as urgent please.
