Sign up form changing all fields to required.

Hi I noticed an issue when I was experimenting with the sign up form.

First I am using a WordPress multi-site install.

I have disabled recruiter registration and was seeing what would happen when I left all the fields black however it appears to do this regardless now (this defiantly worked at some point.) The page in questions is http://www.redwoodstarke.co.uk/login/. Now as soon as you press submit I am redirected back to the mutlisite signup page http://wp.rh.strategiesuk.net/wp-signup.php.

This is quite worrying any ideas?
