Styling Jobroller

Hi there,

I just purchased JR after a long discussion on your presales.

I am not familiar with WP and wondering what's the right way to start customizing Jobroller. I have had a look at http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and your documentation for styling customs for previous versions. Is there any change in this regard? Do I follow the recommendations in version v.1.6.1?

If there is any other documentation that you could point me out.... the better!
