Hello,
in Jobroller jobseekers can add an own resume.
There are some fields called: 'Skills and Specialties'
Fields: Specialties, Groups/Associations, Spoken Languages
They are using the tag function (user can add new items).
The problem is - after a few months lists are getting longer and longer with same words, orthografical errors, forbidden words etc.
For example Languages: English, Eng, english, english-good, englisch good ... - all means the same.

1. For me it would be better if the user can't add own items.
2. Only the the Admin could fill the lists. When the user begins to write the word into the field there should be an autocomplete-function.
only this words/item the user should be able to use and save in his resume.

Is therefore a solution?
