Taxonomy not appearing + Apply online Jobroller

Hi there,

I have a number of issues if someone could shed some light on:

1. I have added a new taxonomy: location which works when I fetch jobs but is not available to select if I am posting a job manually.

2. For the jobs I have fetched, one must be logged in in order to see how to apply link. Is this something to do with Jobroller?

3. There is no field to include instructions on how to apply. How can we add such?

4. Can we add options to enhance the text (e.g change ins shrift, colours ect) so people posting can create better advertisements? Maybe suggested plugin?
