Want to add some custom fields in Jobroller, new Job submission form.

I am using Jobroller theme 1.7.4 with Prima child. I want to add some additional fields, in the Job Detail form, while submitting a new job. I have edited the submit-job-form.php to show those fields. Here is a screenshot > http://awesomescreenshot.com/0dd3c0uje6

Now I need to store the information in the db. Where shall I add the code for that? Also I need to show those info in Confirmation form while submitting the job.
