    Wp-admin bar on subscribers

    I created an account as a job seeker on JobRoller to prove how things work, and when I login it show the admin bar on the top of the site. If I try to access to the wp dashboard it doesn't allow me but I don't want that admin bar shows on any user, only administrator. How can I do it?
