Create ticket bug or what?
Trying to figure out what is going on when creating a ticket. First when a user creates a ticket and hits submit they go back to same page + the status. This is kind of weird for two reasons. First adding the extra field makes it look like there is more to fill out. Second why would a person opening the ticket edit the status of the ticket? I can't really tell if this is supposed to happen because your demo isn't working.

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
