Ticket Assigned to the user

Hi,
I have installed this theme on one of my domain and not able to configure it properly, can you please guide.

user - appthemes
pass - appthemes

I have installed it but i want the ticket should be visible to the user whom i have assigned this.

Like i have assigned this ticket - http://www.progress.ipistis.com/?ticket=quote-form

to the user - atendra.singh but its not visible for that user also is there any way to give read only access to some user and some user can allowed for comment on the tickets and update status.

User Detail
user name - atendra.singh
password - atendra.singh

Please help, i had taken these themes years back still not able to use any of these.
