Add new custom fields for Services

Hello there,

We are using this theme to build our next website and to achieve our goal we need to add new features and change some features.
My first request is if there is change to show us some simple file structure of the theme, how things are develop a short guide so we dont crash the theme.

For Example i need to change the custom fields for Service custom posts and I am not able to find where you have declared custom fields, also we need to add another Custom post type
called Ask for Service, how we can add this in the best way so the theme doe not crash.
Also i cant find a way to enable register form.

I will really appreciate if you show me a short guide how file structure is ordered !
