    Buyers not redirecting to Paypal

    Not redirecting to paypal when purchasing. I added PDN and IDT, etc. Soon as buyer clicks to buy just says payment pending.


    Also how do we pay users? I dont see where they can add their paypal to get paid for offering servcies?
