edit "add service" page
Hello,

a problem has arisen with the subject.

The truth is that I don't have an advanced level of PHP.
I wonder if you could give me a guide to get the "Add Service" page modified as I show below:

-Change the content of what's in red.
-Remove the html tag from the text editor
-Divide the parent tags in two boxes,( The image I put below is modifying the html through the google chrome inspector)
