Is it right not showing buy button without registration?

Hello,
I am wondering from few days that taskerr theme not showing buy button without registration!
But looking from most of the micro jobs website like fiverr or seo clerks they shows buy button and when when you like to click then ask for sign in or registration....its makes sense...i am right if not correct me!

Please give me suggestion what we can do to display buy button without registration after can ask sign in or registration...
