Seller and Buyer unable to make communicate on website, right?

I am trying to use Taskerr theme but seem there isn't option for seller and buyer make communicate on website, right? There isn't setting anywhere
That's really bad if it's true.
Seller and buyer should have a place to make communicate, seller can upload their work and buyer may leave a review/feedback and mark project as completed.
Hope someone will answer my thread soon because I see an other thread with same question has no answer over month.
I am very disappointed with Appthemes now , Clipper theme doesn't work on Nginx web server and never get fix too.
