Add content to "Event Categories" page

Hello all!

I'm trying to add some content above the list of categories on the Event Categories page. (categories-list-event.php I think?)

I've seen tutorials about adding content on the individual category pages, but not the list of categories page. (If I missed the appropriate tutorial, I apologize! )

Here's the page on my site where I want to add content:

I'd like to be able to add content (text, image, etc., etc....) just above the list of categories. Below the green nav/search bar, of course. Preferably below the page title.

How do I do this? I'm using Vantage theme. I'd really love to be able to do this without a child theme, but will if I have to.
