Add "Create Listing" title to the top WP menu next to register

Can someone please tell me how to add "Create Listing" and "Create Event" to the top WP menu. See attachment.
People are starting to register and want to make a listing but I am getting emails asking me how to create a listing even with the buttons "Add a business now". They don't associate that with creating a listing.

Can you also tell me how to change the button "Add a business now" to say "Create Listing" and "Add Event now" to "Create Event". This would greatly help too.
