Add T&Cs to 'Create Listing' Page

Searched everywhere for this and not found a solution so am assuming I am missing it somewhere as I would have thought this would have been a standard featured (cant' imagine Appthemes would not want customers to tick acceptance of their T&Cs !!!) - there surely must be a way to add a 'I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions' check box and link on the Create a Listing page.

I know I can add this with a link in custom forms but I don't want it showing up frontend. (A nice addage would be to have custom forms with option not to show front end) but for now - how can I add this ESSENTIAL for business function?
