Adding 1,100 thumbnails

I have already added 1,100 businesses and now want to add 1 image per listing so thumbnails look pretty

What is the fastest way or is this to be done manually? I still have the file which was imported to the database - can I add urls of images and load the database again after deleting the first upload? This seems the quickest way?

Another unrelated question - I have over 5,000 reviews for my businesses so far. Will installing a child theme (for sale on the marketplace) cause problems to the reviews or listings? I also have these in a database if any issues arise.
