Adding a listing?

I am trying to add test my site to see if it works. I registered a test account

and I am click on add a business

choose plan

put in info

click next step

choose pay pal and then submit

and I get this page http://poopros.com/order/721/?step=gateway-process

I have payments setup with pay pal, pay pal info added, not sure what I am missing, thanks for all your guys help
